FITNESS & PAMPER WEEKEND

A chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

I have been extrememly busy organising a fitness and pamper weekend, which I am glad to say has now come together. I have beauty therapist on board, a pilates instructor, zumba instructor and a chef who will be resident for the weekend and will be freshly cooking all our meals.

The property has a beautiful bright and airy feel to it, is close to shops, coastal walks and even a designer outlet.

Every one that stays can have a choice of 2 beauty treatments, attend 2 zumba sessions, 1 pilates session, 2 bootcamp sessions and a cosmetic and skincare demo if they wish.

There is also a small hot tub in the secluded rear garden and we have been known to have some nice weather in September

The All Inclusive price for this is just £287 and your place can be reserved for just £87.

BUSY TIMES

Well it has been an extremely busy few  months.

I attended a 2 day conference with my business mentor. Was approached to be part of an online fat loss program called 30 Days of Fat Loss with 30 top UK trainers (obviously I said yes).

I attended Zumbatomic (zumba for little ones) training course.

I gave up my job as an Accounts Manager, became a Limited Company and launched Shape Back Bootcamps and we are not even half way through the year.

I am currently working on a Bootcamp/Spa retreat weekend and launching an evening Bootcamp.

Not even half way through the year yet and I feel like i’ve been in a whirlwind.

I never thought that I would be able to give up my office job and spend all my time helping people get the results they want.

I really do  feel blessed, I have made some wonderful friends and I do a job that I love.

BOOTCAMP

I’ve been amazed at some of the last bootcampers results, some of these people have tried and tried to lose weight. They have been to slimming clubs, had gym memberships, tried faddy diets e.t.c e.t.c. Bootcamp provides a clean, natural, easy food plan to follow, nutritional and supplement advice and info, along with recipes. We use the best exercises in the industry to get you the best results possible. You also receive short home workouts which you can choose to do if you wish to. Everyone is very supportive.

The next bootcamp kicks off on 5th March 2012.

NEW YEAR

Don’t make one, yes that’s right, DON’T make one. Instead just decide that you are going to change your diet and lifestyle for good.

In my opinion most people just make New Years Resolutions because we all know people will be asking us “what’s your New Years Resolution?”.

Be honest, how many times have you made a New Years Resolution only to have failed by the 3rd week in January.

Make this year different, no calorie counting, no starvation diets, no pills, just sensible clean eating.

My bootcampers follow a clean food plan and get just not good results BUT FREAKIN fantastic results like Julee Awooner Gordon and Denyse Harvey who amongst others will look amazing this Christmas and New Year and are enjoying lots o0f comments from people who are noticing their results.

2012 will be a great year for Bootcampers who lose weight and inches and end up feeling better than they have in years.

So here’s what to do:-

Eat 3 meals a day, clean natural food, nothing processed. Stop eating as soon as you are full, there is NO need to finish what’s on your plate and NO it is NOT a waste of food, after all if you finish what is on your plate for the sake of it, that is just the same as treating your body like a human dustbin.

Train 3 times a week for 30-45 minutes and these sessions should include some weight training.

Get to bed by 10.30pm, sleep makes a big difference. Fat burning occurs during our sleep, it also allows our body to heal from our training sessions.

Don’t just watch the scales, this is not always an accurate guage, you should monitor measurements too, measure your chest, waist (across belly button), hips, top of arms, around each calf and top of thighs.

Get the first few days out of the way and you will start to feel fantastic. You should feel less bloated, less tired and have loads more energy.

DON’T put it off, start NOW!!!!!!!!

Charity Zumba Party

CHARITY ZUMBA PARTY – 20th March 2011 2pm – 3.30pm

This is a charity event being held on Sunday 20th March 2pm till 3.30pm. You will participate in 90 minutes of Zumba, there will be lots of different dances and different music flavours. There will also be a charity raffle, tickets can be bought before the event and also on the day. There are 2 charities which will benefit from this event, The British Heart Foundation and a Surrey Special Needs School who are in great need of funds.

I’m passionate about Zumba and also about raising money for charity. I’m obviously donating my time to organising the event and my time to present the party on the day.

The event will be held in the large hall at the Addington Community Centre who have kindly donated the hall for the event free of charge.

I am asking local businesses to donate raffle prizes and if anyone can help out with any prizes, that would be fantastic.

Tickets are £7.50 each in advance or £10.00 on the door and everyone is welcome.

Well this year is nearly over, I can’t believe just how quick it has gone. The last 3 months especially have been so busy with training courses and finding suitable venues for new classes starting in 2011. Im so excited about 2011, I think it is going to be a great year for fitness in the community, bootcamps and of course Zumba.

This weather is driving me mental, walking to work, wet and cold when you get there, takes forever to warm up again and then its time to go home and get wet and cold all over again. I want all the snow to disappear before I have to trudge the streets delivering all of my Zumba leaflets (10,000) of them, I don’t think it will be much fun in the snow and ice.

I’m finally organised for Christmas, family coming here for Christmas dinner and I haven’t even got to cook it!

Can’t wait to see my sons face when he opens his Christmas presents.

Well I hope you and your loved ones all have a wonderful Christmas and a great New Year and I look forward to seeing you in January 2011 to work off all those extra calories!

Zumba

All halls and classes now sorted for straight after Xmas. Can’t wait to start shaking my booty, my arms and anything else I can shake lol. Zumba

Well its exciting times. Been busy looking at various venues and times e.t.c for all the new ZUMBA classes starting after Xmas in Selsdon, New Addington and Purley.. There will be morning and evening classes. Classes will be £4.50 each but there will be various discounts available. Leaflets being designed as I type and will be delivered during December.

I’m attending a charity Zumba party this week and cannot wait, the atmosphere and music is fab and once you have attended your first Zumba class, you will be hooked, just like me.

ZUMBA – update

ZUMBA – This week has been an exciting week, i’ve been looking at different venues for new zumba classes and i’m pleased to say that after xmas, there will be 5 new zumba classes starting, one will be Mondays 9.30a.m in Selsdon, one will be Wednesdays 6p.m in Selsdon , followed by 7.30 pm in New Addington, Friday mornings at 10.15 a.m in New Addington. There will also be a Weds morning class, details for this one are still being finalised.

Zumba classes are fab, they just feel like you have been out to a party, the atmosphere is fantastic, there are different music and dance flavours within a zumba class, so something for everyone, it doesn’t matter what age you are, what size or what fitness level, everyone has such fun. It is the feel good factor that makes these classes so popular.
