FITNESS MASTERCLASS AFTERNOON-SUN 7th NOV

The last one was such a success and we all had a blast so thought it was about time we had another 0ne. It will be on Sunday 7th November, the same venue as before (Croydon Sports Club in Selsdon). You will need to arrive at 12.30 and the first class will commence at 12.45pm, there are a total of 4 classes, the first is being presented by Andy from Urban Streetdance Co, the 2nd is Tighter Assets by Jerry Cheah, then we have Fightklub by Tanya and last but not least Fitness Pilates by yours truly. The cost is a flat fee of £20, that entitles you to do as many as you like but you do not have to do all of them. There is ample parking on site, drinks available, toilets and showers. Places are limited so please reserve your space early. MAY – Exciting month.

Well, not sure if im impressed with the weather or not, one minute its warm, then its really chilly. There was me thinking I could put away all my winter layers only to find myself hunting through drawers to find them again.
Well ive been working hard organising a Fitness Masterclass event in Selsdon this coming Sunday (9th), there is so much to think about to try and make sure the afternoon goes smoothly and everyone has a fab time. Therefore I havent got any studying done this week and must give myself a slap and sit in the naughty corner lol, will get back on track next next week. Im about to order the new z trainer to use with my one to one clients, always interesting when new products hit the industry, will be watching for the courier to arrive. 2 clients this week have started to follow a clean nutrition plan and are getting great results, simple nutrition is best.
I will be filming a few clips of the Fitness afternoon this weekend and will attempt to put on here and facebook, so look out for those.

Bootcamps for Summer

Im currently working on my fitness bootcamps which will be starting soon, just waiting for the appropriate person in Croydon Council to give permission for the outdoor bootcamps to go ahead in public open spaces. Summer Wardrobe

Well this recent weather has got many of you thinking about your summer wardrobe. Now is a great time to give your exercise routine and your diet an overhaul. Eat regular small meals, include a protein with every meal, eat your 5 a day, drink lots of water and take regular exercise. Bootcamps to get you in shape for the summer will be coming soon so let me know if you are interested and I can keep you updated. If you have any questions about your diet or fitness, pop them on the contact form under the contact page and I will get back to you. Interval training is the current buzz word and for good reason, it is an incredible way of burning calories and fat in a short period of time, because of the effect it has on your body, you also continue to burn calories/fat for up to 48 hours after the session which is an added bonus not to be sniffed at. Ive so enjoyed this weather and is a great exvcuse for some extra exercise, cycling, dog walking, mowing the lawn, washing and polishing the car so get out there and enjoy the sun.

Fitness Masterclass Afternoon

Im busy arranging a fantastic fitness masterclass afternoon, which will be on Sunday 9th May from 1pm until 5pm at Croydon Sports Club in Selsdon. The event is open to anyone but spaces are limited so reserve yours now. There will be 4 different classes with 4 different presenters and one price of £20 enables you to do as many of the classes as you want. Ample on site parking, toilets. Is Spring Coming????

Its so nice to have had some spring weather, everyone seems so much happier when the sun is out and it makes a change to go to work in daylight, lovely. Classes are getting busy again now and I think people are starting to think about the summer and getting the summer wardrobe out. Im still busy studying aswell as working on my new house, have also started working in the garden as its been dry. Im still planning the launch of my bootcamps so if you are interested, just fill out the contact page and put “Bootcamp” in the subject line, then as soon as I have the first batch of dates and details, I will automatically contact you. Ive also had my first booking from a spray tan client of mine who has booked in for next week, must mean spring is on its way, people are starting to think about getting those legs out. Sam Markey

Well at least the snow has disappeared now (hopefully for good). Its nice to see everyone back into the swing of attending classes now after the Christmas break and also new members. Ive been busy working with one to one clients and have also started studying again so have had my head buried in the text books which by the way are bigger and heavier than my hefty weights lol. Its been such a wet day today and my dog (revel) was not impressed this morning when I dragged him out in the rain for his walk! I hope you all had a great weekend!
